Dear Ms Kong
The enclosed is a letter of complaint from Mr Leung, a visitor of the Sound System 2011. I have summarized the problems which are stated below:
1. Online registration
The on-line registration facility was unworkable to handle Mr Leung's application, which took Mr Leung several hours. As apart from Mr Leung, we have not received other complaints on this matter, the most possible cause was limited browser compatability of Ms Leung. To solve this problem, we have already updated his browser.
2. Venue lack of space
The exhibition was held at i-Hotel, where lack space for large exhibition, particularly at peak visiting times. Since many high quality large venues had been already booked, which the rest of them were disqualified. Therefore, we found that only the i-Hotel reached our IT requiremnt though it was a medium-sized business venue. In order to tackle this problem, we can book the venue early next time (around three months before the event held).
3. Lack of leaflets
All leaflets of the exhibition had been taken at the early stage. The problem ocurred because the exhibition advocated environmental protection, only 4,000 pieces of leaflets were printed. To handle this matter, we can provide an on-line leaflet which can be downloaded in out offical website.

We agree that the usual high standards of our services were not met in this instance. As a result of our investigation, we found that the cause of the venue lack of space was high-quality venues had already been booked, which the rest of them were disqualified. We found that only the i-Hotel reached our IT requirement thought it was a medium-sized business venue. In order to solve this problem, we will book the venue early next time (around three months before the event held). Furthermore, the cause of the lack of leaflets was we advocated environmental protection, so only 4,000 pieces of leaflets were printed. To handle this problem, we provide on-line leaflets, which can be downloaded in our official website.
